Sean Ding

Mr. Ding is the founder of Grisk, an analytics-based risk consultancy based in Shanghai and Washington, DC, that works mainly with global Chinese companies doing outbound investment. He is also a non-resident fellow of the Center for China and Globalization. He previously worked for the World Bank, where he led strategic communications for the bank’s innovation and entrepreneurship practice, and for the Carter Center, where he was an adviser to the China Program. Mr. Ding studied Arabic at Beijing Foreign Studies University. He also earned an MA in political science from Georgia State University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
